I'm Glad I'm Your Mother, written by Bill & Kathy Horlacher and illustrated by Meredith Johnson, is a book I picked up at nearest Religious Book and Bible house a while back. It's a very small, thin book with few pages and just a phrase or two per page. The message is great, as are the illustrations. Each page shows a different scene with a mother and a child and rhyming text talks about situations when mother's are pleased with their children.
The one thing I don't like about the book is the last page where the rhyming suddenly stops, but it is a great book to share with your child.
I couldn't find any information about the authors, but the illustrator, Meredith Johnson, has illustrated a number of books. You can learn more about them, and her, on Meredith Johnson's website.
